THEATRE CAMPS 2024
I am thrilled to be coming to Idaho (EAGLE) and Utah (SPANISH FORK area) this summer and offering theatre training and fun this summer! (See class descriptions below)
I specialize in building a positive and empowering environment for individuals to explore and learn about themselves as well as vocal and acting technique. Having worked with children and teens my entire teaching career, I love introducing and progressing actors of all ages and experience levels!

Monday-Friday, 2 hours *with a performance for family on Friday @ 12:30

Camps will be divided by ages: 6-10, 11-13 and 14+
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Students will learn acting fundamentals and musical theater history
- As a group, students will learn a scene/song from a favorite musical theater production
- 2 hr / day with final performance on Friday

Students will learn how to analyze a script, build a character & collaborate to direct the scene
- In small groups, students will learn scenes from the Musical Theatre canon
- time commitment variable, with a final performance at the end

- Theatre / Vocal masterclass: Students bring an audition cut & coach together
- Consent in Theatre: Students will learn how to advocate for themselves in a theatre setting

- Students will learn a brief history of Stephen Sondheim and his impact on musical theatre history
